Various Fees for Sanction of Building Licence and Other Fees Payable AS Per These Bye-laws

The following fees shall be paid for sanction of building licence at the rates specified by the ULB or notified by the government.

1. Registration fee payable by Stakeholders

2. Scrutiny fee

3. Licence fee

4. Fee for alteration in plan

5. Fee for revalidation of licence

6. Infrastructure cess

7. Solid waste management cess

8. Greenery cess

9. Inspection fee

10. Construction and demolition waste disposal cess

11. Labour cess

12. Refundable Security Deposit

13. Fees for respective NOC
