No provisions of the Building Bye-laws, sanctioned plan and conditions prescribed or orders issued thereunder have been transgressed in the course of the work. The building is fit for use for which it has been erected, re-erected, or altered with or without additions. I request that the occupancy certificate for the premises may be issued.
Applicable to the high-rise buildings or the buildings specified in the bye-law No. 30.0 I also certify that the building has been designed as per the specifications prescribed in the National Building Code and the publication of the Bureau of Indian Standard 1893 - 2002 for making the building resistant to earthquake.
